CALIBRIN-Z


Calibrin-Z is the product of Amlan International, a highly-refined montmorillonite sorbent mineral (a type of clay) which have a maximum working power and capacity to bind various kind of mycotoxins are commonly found in animal feed such as Aflatoxin, DON (Vomitoxin), Fumonisin, T-2 Toxin, Ochratoxin and especially Zearalenone.

Calibrin-Z has been tested in-vivo and in-vitro to ensure that does not bind selectively vitamins and other nutrients.

Calibrin-Z offers better performance compared to other products on the market such as synthetic silica, yeast-based products and other aluminosilicates, because it has a large surface area and large volume of  pores so that the ability to better absorb and bind like a sponge.

CALIBRIN-A




Calibrin-A is the product of Amlan International, a highly-refined montmorillonite sorbent mineral (a type of clay) which have a maximum working power and capacity to bind mycotoxins such as  Aflatoxin, DON (Vomitoxin) and Fumonisin which is commonly found in poultry feed also Ergotamine,  toxic alkaloids produced by fungi of the genus Claviceps (ergot fungi), which commonly found in dairy cattle, grazing and housed beef.  

Calibrin-A has been tested in-vivo and in-vitro to ensure that does not bind selectively vitamins and other nutrients. 
Calibrin-A offers better performance compared to other products on the market such as synthetic silica, yeast-based products and other aluminosilicates, because it has a large surface area and large volume of  pores so that the ability to better absorb and bind like a sponge. Calibrin-A could be used in normal circumstances where the content of mycotoxins have not been too high.

CTCZYME





CTCZYME is the unique product containing β-mannanase, which degrades mannan to mannose or MOS for better utilization of nutrients and improved FCR in poultry and swine.

CTCZYME is a highly concentrated enzyme product of active β-mannanase produce by fermentation of a selected strain of Bacillus subtilis W-1.

CTC in CTCZYME Stands for following meaning:
Creative: Creatively researched and developed by R&D CTCBIO with USA
Thermostable: Proven heat stability data in pellet (up to 900 C)
Cost saving: Energy creation by β-mannanase for 2.5~3 % downspec application 

Benefits of CTCZYME: 
  1. Degrades mannan to mannose or MOS 
  2. Improves glucose absorption rate and IGF-1 secretion 
  3. Makes MOS or mannose combine pathogenic bacteria 
  4. Improves FCR and ADG on poultry and swine 
  5. Reduces fecal and improves litter quality

Mannan is a polysaccharide which is mainly composed of mannose, it acts as an ANF (Anti-Nutrition Factor) in poultry, swine with negative impacts.

Mannan stays mainly at Palm kernel meal, Copra meal, SBM, and even at DDGS.  

Mannan's negative impacts:  
  1. Reduce the rate of Glucose absorption                        (Rainbird et al., 1984)
  2. Interfere with insulin secretion and IGF-1 production   (Nune and Malmhof, 1992)
  3. Decrease nitrogen retention in intestine                       (F.H.Kratzer et al., 1964)
  4. Increase viscosity in digestive system                          (Dale, 1997)
