CTCZYME





CTCZYME is the unique product containing β-mannanase, which degrades mannan to mannose or MOS for better utilization of nutrients and improved FCR in poultry and swine.

CTCZYME is a highly concentrated enzyme product of active β-mannanase produce by fermentation of a selected strain of Bacillus subtilis W-1.

CTC in CTCZYME Stands for following meaning:

Thermostable: Proven heat stability data in pellet (up to 900 C)
Cost saving: Energy creation by β-mannanase for 2.5~3 % downspec application 

Benefits of CTCZYME: 
  1. Degrades mannan to mannose or MOS 
  2. Improves glucose absorption rate and IGF-1 secretion 
  3. Makes MOS or mannose combine pathogenic bacteria 
  4. Improves FCR and ADG on poultry and swine 
  5. Reduces fecal and improves litter quality

Mannan is a polysaccharide which is mainly composed of mannose, it acts as an ANF (Anti-Nutrition Factor) in poultry, swine with negative impacts.

Mannan stays mainly at Palm kernel meal, Copra meal, SBM, and even at DDGS.  

Mannan's negative impacts:  
  1. Reduce the rate of Glucose absorption                        (Rainbird et al., 1984)
  2. Interfere with insulin secretion and IGF-1 production   (Nune and Malmhof, 1992)
  3. Decrease nitrogen retention in intestine                       (F.H.Kratzer et al., 1964)
  4. Increase viscosity in digestive system                          (Dale, 1997)
