Calibrin + CG has been formulated with ingredients which have been shown to bind mycotoxins stimulate the intestinal immune system and provide energy to the gastrointestinal epithelial cells.

MD 09 ADVANCED

MD 09 Advanced reduces excess free moisture in animal feces. MD 09 Advanced is composed of Bentonite clay, Attapulgite clay, and Yucca. 

Clays ( Bentonite and  Attapulgite ) are highly porous absorptive materials. They absorbs water and holds on to it. The granule will absorb water without breaking down thus reducing the free moisture available in the feces. Yucca helps to aid in the prevention of manure odor.

MD 09 Advanced is used to treat animals producing dryer feces and a healthier environment for the animals. 

MD 09 Advanced should be mixed with animal feed at the dosage rate of 3 - 5 kilograms per metric ton of feed.

MOULD GUARD

Mould Guard is an antifungal agent that contains a balanced combination organic acid. Each component acts in synergy triggering the mould control. The carrier acts like an anti-caking agent making the product easy to handle, easy to mix and easy to pelletize.

The dosage of  Mould Guard, depends on the contamination and moisture level : 

• Less than 14 %    :    250 gram per ton of feed
• From 14 - 15 %    :    500 gram per ton of feed
• From 15 - 18 %    : 1.000 gram  per ton of feed
• More than 18 %    : 2.000 gram per ton of feed

The anti-fungal effect begins in the feed while mixing and pelleting killing the molds and decreasing toxin production. The effect continues after ingestion by the animals. 

Organic acids also support beneficial gut flora by lowering the pH in the stomach, in the duodenum and in the initial parts of the small intestines. This also helps to lower the colonization of transient pathogens. 

Organic acids and their salts improve the feed digestibility by lowering the intestinal pH.

ANTIOX GUARD PRO

Antiox Guard Pro is a premix of different complementary antioxidants that act by avoiding and stopping the oxidation process of all raw materials, but especially ingredients that are easily oxidized like fats, oils, meals and vitamins.


The dosage of  Antiox Guard Pro, according to the fat content in the feed:

• Low fat content        :    200  -   500 gram per ton of feed
• Normal fat content   :    500 - 1.000 gram per ton of feed
• High fat content       : 1.000 - 1.500 gram per ton of feed

Butylated Hydroxytoluene (BHT) competes with free radicals for oxygen scavenging and preventing free radicals to bind oxygen, the main catalyst of oxidation. 

Citric acid sequesters the trace elements that catalyze the oxidation reaction and therefore helps to prevent even the start of the rancidity process.

BHT and Citric acid inactivate the free radicals that are already formed and break in this way the chain reaction of the already started rancidity process.

MD 09

MD 09 is a highly absorbent natural mineral with approximately 18-20 million active particles per kilogram. The particle size has been especially selected and plays an important role in improving the physical integrity of droppings.
